Return Process

Our team will assess your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.

Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original Artiss packaging to prevent transit damage.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
